Hauppauge – Partial Roof Collapse Clean Up/ Re Roof

In the winter of 2011 the large amount of snowfall caused a partial roof collapse at a client’s office in Hauppauge.  Statewide Roofing received an emergency call from the building owner that the roof was making strange noises, when we arrived at the scene we found a 5-foot high snow drift on the lower roof that had drifted against a higher roof level wall.  The space was evacuated and as we discussed the means and methods of securing the condition, the roof collapsed.  Statewide Roofing mobilized equipment, labor and materials to removed the snow and debris from the roof collapse, build temporary walls inside the building to enclose the affected area from the elements within 12-hours of the collapse.  This allowed the owner to resume their operation and the time needed for the insurance adjuster and structural engineer to identify the issue and develop a work scope for repair.  After the structural repairs were made, Statewide Roofing installed a new EPDM membrane roof system.

Statewide Roofing provides roof snow removal services without damaging the roof system.
